Really shocked at some of these reviews really going for the jugular on this film. First of all it’s Part one, and we have to get through that to get to part two. Meaning we ALL need to hang on a little longer before we fall off the platform( if ya know ya know) anyways,That being said Part one definitely took me into an entire universe splashed with outstanding cinematic artwork. I like how we leaned into the characters but didn’t hover too long. Some film seems to really simmer too long, and this gave me just a slight hint at who the people were that the main character needed in her battle. I am a major sci-fi fan. I could definitely feel the aha! Moments that led me to feel like I was watching a slice of Star Wars cake. I believe Snyder did a great job on making me feel like I was in their world. The slow motion scenes were a nice touch to what I am familiar with that Snyder does for us. There are some unanswered questions I am looking forward to being answered. Does the princess actually have powers? Will the robot become a king? I am hanging on and can’t wait for April!

It was everything and more! Action packed fun for all ages film. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be buying this to keep for forever. All of the nods to the original games was absolutely amazing. Moments of a little bit of thrill but bouncing right back to creative dialogue. Kids laughing at the screen as it played. WOW!! great script. And great cast. I loved how there was a beginning middle and end. No lost space in the film or useless parts. Just perfect.

Really enjoyed the finer details. My seat in the theater would begin to shake during certain scenes giving me what felt like anxiety from the character. It was deep, aggressive and illuminating all at once. Cillian gave it his all and I could not look away, with having an outstanding cast this movie really spoke. Not spoke, shouted! It made you listen. It made you want to keep thinking and watching. I was able to follow along from start to finish and I don’t have any idea on how to do quantum physics or the other deep math, yet it gently pulled you through. Robert DJ, Also really gritty role, Loved the entire thing. It’ll check every box, a little drama as well, not too much just a touch. A kiss of drama, suspense of the bomb and the knowledge Oppenheimer had is astounding. The film ends with a solid clap. And scene. THANK you cinema!!
