There always seems to be very similar candidates every year. It's still a good programme though, with interesting tasks from Lord Sugar, considering how long the series has been running. However, some of the interviews in the 'interview week' seem to get more inconsistent, unrealistic and irrelevant over time. What drew my attention though was the interview episode broadcast on Wed night when one of the candidates seemed to be unfairly targeted and felt they had to walk out. I understand this is television and these interviews are meant to be tough, and so on, yet on this occasion, I felt the interviewer overstepped the mark and had no right to disrespect the candidate in such a way by using this amount of unhealthy pressure and aggression. I would not commend this style of interviewing in this instance.

Host Bradley is excellent as always, well done for trying to bring a new show to itv, but imo it doesn't quite work unfortunately. However it's a bit of a marmite show. If it wasn't for the host, in all honesty, I would award this show 1 star. I find it to be quite slow going for an hour show, unnecessarily complicated and not varied enough compared to any other quiz show over the last 30 years.
