It really bothered me when I witnessed how they treated the hand-cuffed runner. Kneeling on top of him like that was inexcusable!! The first officer to catch him pushes him forward, with hand cuffs on. Then kneels with 90% of his body weight in the center of the guy's back. The guy was genuinely begging to breathe and the cop had ZERO concern! DB of an officer! Then the other two go after the legs. One with his knee right in the back of the lower thigh. And the other on his crossed ankles. I understand the guy ran, BUT he was caught and wasn't going anywhere. Just watch it for yourself and see if you agree with the way the human being was treated. Maybe it's just me?
