This movie hits home with me because I was a gymnast with similar constraints. My parents being very Christian did not decide to let me leave our family home at 10 years old. I was very upset at the time, now that I am 50 and my daughter's both made gymnastics fun for themselves, they also had a parent at the gym. My thinking is that athlete a didn't have the gym life with her mom there all the time. That is so scarry. These ladies are very smart and capable, however, if delayed in puberty or transitioning from a young lady from a girl who can do flips has got many responsibilities.
