Finally an adaption that does justice to the anime. Great casting choices and all around a lot more true to the source material than the movie.

Boring. Stars have zero chemistry and everything seems forced. Donald glover is OK but his co-star needs some acting lessons very Disney in her acting. The John and Jane that get killed in the first episode have way better chemistry and seem a better fit. The John and Jane we get seem akward and boring. The show is basically...Get message...Go to beautiful location ...10 min of action and then the rest of the episode forced relationship drama. Finishing because already 5 episodes in but not happy about it.

Movie was boring and slow paced. Wish they showed more of the catastrophe and less badly acted flash backs. Dave Bautista was great in this movie but other than that not a very good flick.

This movie is horrible. I am not a fan of Sam Raimi since his turn at the spider man franchise and his butchering of spiderman 3. That aside I wanted to give this movie a chance despite his directing. Sure enough another disappointment from Sam. The movie is boring and leaves you waiting for it to end. There was not a single moment in this movie that scared me or made me think about how this movie created a scary atmosphere. If you want to watch a truly scary movie that deals with occult than watch the Witch or Hereditary. Both greatly superior movies to this dumpster fire.
