I watch the today show daily. I have found the content interesting and generally informative. I have to say that I was stunned by the first conversation about the Gillette ad that just came out today. I had not seen the ad but did a little later (the FULL ad). The representation and clips were FAR from my own comprehension of the ad. The men were clearly responding to comments from naysayers. I can’t believe that the men in the group had undistractedly seen the whole ad. The gal in the group was talked back and allowed herself to be so. It is carefully balanced and well rounded. Further, no one was well prepared to comment on such a powerful, important message! The clips provided were out of context and derisive! SO disappointing!! Ugh!! 🤮
