Gujarati Movie -"Chal Man Jeetva Jaiye" - Should be India's Selection for OSCARS. I am deeply moved by the Gujarati movie "Chal Man Jitva Jaiye" which led me to write a small article about it. The entire movie was one deep intense exercise of thinking to challenge, discuss, rationalize and arrive at the correct decision. Such situations, where one has to apply intense thoughts to arrive at the correct decision making comes at the corporate level and also at the personal level. I strongly recommend you to watch it, If you haven't watched it yet. It is about benefits from deep thinking, sensing what others have thought to arrive at a particular decision, understanding that stress can lead even sensible people to take illogical decisions, importance of taking every interested parties opinion and not writing off any opinion even if it may be unstructured without listening, realizing that logical reasoning is important before every decision making, choosing the correct path is not without its difficult consequences be prepared to face it, fear is an enemy of yours, group brainstorming, importance of listening, have to overcome your fears by facing them not by running away, self belief (at times of distress you may find yourself short of self belief, that is when you have to gather it back), don't forget your strength under any circumstances, forming a consensus over a decision through rationally backed choice and not compulsion is important as all the energies would then fully get synchronized to achievement of common goal. Other key attributes are importance of moral values, ethics, building trust, self brand consciousness, protecting brand is more important than monetary assets, letting go of self ego, encouraging and motivating others to enable them break their shackles and perform, give due credit to others for their ideas (can never be successful thru act of plagiarism), self confidence, importance of reading, importance of family bond, remaining grounded, encouragement, transparency, selflessness, writing down your thoughts and many more virtues.. Being a proud Jain, I can relate to lot of virtues as they have been inspired from Jain way of thoughts. It should be dubbed in every language of our country and also in English and released all across or should have English subtitles. Great Movie!! Proud to be an Indian/ Gujarati.
