I agree that this is yet another demonic possession movie. It had an interesting idea as it began to weave a new mythos that not even excellent actors and decent writing could not rescue. The casting was the #1 strength....well done. The movie titled seamed well thought and consistant. The soundtrack played the tension but the lighting cinematography should had been dialed up...like in Stigmata. Loved the evil light behind the boys eyes reveiling the unholy nature..I think if a demonic film uses special effects demain...less is more in these films..Catholicism has the most sensual dynamics in this genre..Exorcism of Emily is a perfect example of good blueprint.Themes were not allowed to develope organically. Catholics with all of their sexy impliments contra del Diablo sadly absent. Sans candles, holy water and incessent Latin prayers to the Saints and theAngels. .... Loved the medical resuscitation details.. but this is not a medical thriller.. a few points for sexy resuscitation dynamics. see and critique for yourself... Again one more cheer for the casting agents
