One of my favourite action movies, Jet Li at his youngest and finest. Funny and visually spectacular.

Great if you're into cannibalism.

Low budget and it showed. Held my attention though.

The best thing I've watched for a very long time. Super dark.

Tense, exciting thriller. I remember watching the end of this and thinking 'what a good dad'.

I can see what this film was trying to do but it fell disturbingly short of the mark. Can't believe Rotten tomatoes gave it over 50%. I was curious to see how it ended so I fast forwarded to the last 10 minutes, it hadn't improved. I don't review movies but felt it a civic duty to save people an evening of horror. Just glad I could end the evening with a laugh by watching Scrubs.

This was a film about the relationship between a father and daughter in the Oregon wilderness. I loved it because there wasn't any action, which is exactly why most of the few 1 star ratings didn't like it. It was an enchanting story based on characters in a stunning setting. It made me want to sell my flat and go live in the woods.

Poor, one of those instances when I felt let down by the good reviews. Wolves are essentially timid creatures. I was reading about it during the boring bits. The portrayal of them was therefore bs I couldn't really get past that.

A delightful comedown after the high of Breaking Bad.
