Whoever wrote the synopsis didn't actually watch the film. Steve Mill's childhood sweetheart was Lisa Gobar, not Marienne Hotchkiss. I found this film to be wholly original and brilliantly crafted - well worth investing the time to settle in and soak, like a good book.
