At first i didn’t mind the show, it was intense but it was well written mostly. Then came the bath scene where i had to stop watching and skip it. In season 2 i also didn’t have many problems with it and i actually really appreciated how sexual assault was being portrayed. But then came the scene in the bathroom, with the sink smashing and the broom. It was truly horrifying and again i had to stop watching. The show does say its very sensitive and to tread lightly but i really believe that scene took it WAY TO FAR. It makes sense to get beaten up in the bathroom, and a scene with a few punches would have been fine, but the sink and that damn broom were too much in my opinion.
