I’m a huge fan of the REAL SELENA. I’ve followed the REAL SEL from I was a kid. I knew every song, every look and dance move. I was so fricken disappointed with the actress. She was not remotely attractive whereas Selena was soooo beautiful that her beauty was distracting. This actress was really not a looker. To add insult to injury. The hair styles were horrendous. Maybe If her face was more appealing the hair wouldn’t have been so fricken distracting. Also, no insult to the writers but damn... the show got boring. Instead of me watching the show, it began to watch me. I’ve seen every documentary, concert and obviously the movie. All of which I’ve watched through with enthusiasm. This show was so disappointing. I was not excited for upcoming episodes. I waited for this Selena to turn into the beautiful real deal... I am still waiting!
