The negative reviews which say this series revised history have completely missed the point. Ryan Murphy has presented a world that would have been radically different had his Hollywood version been reality. Race relations, homophobia, anti Semitic, and feminist issues might have been radically different had a movie like “Meg” been produced. In reality Rock Hudson remained a closeted homosexual who died of aids and his agent never quit drinking and died penniless of cirrhosis. This is a brilliant view of what might have been if we were not such a racist, homophobic, anti Semitic society that in this pandemic demands individual freedoms regardless of the hundreds of thousands we might kill.
