A long, boring, and repetitive mess that doesn't have a clear or cohesive narrative that is extremely dull and unintentionally funny. In my screening the whole theater was bored and cracking up with laughter at the "scary parts". The editing, visuals effects, writing, cinematography, and ending were all ugly, gross and extremely disappointing. The only good things I can say is the acting who were all perfectly cast and give it their all and direction which was admirable for the 2 hour and 49 minute runtime. Speaking of runtime the film has a long length that drags out a film that could be at least 1 hour and 50 minutes.
Unlike the 2017 film, It: Chapter Two doesn't float.
