This movie presented subject material related to Euthanasia and determinism that wasn't a social concern until the 90's. It was ahead of it's time in that respect and piqued anyone with a curiosity about the social process and contemporary vector related to the same. It stoked my motor enough to go on and get a degree in the Science of Sociology.
