I wish that I could post a NEGATIVE number regarding this company's lack of communication. I requested a refund over a month ago of my previous purchase of this program. Thus far, I have only received a response indicating that there is an "open ticket" being handled by the "support dept". This equates to nothing more that stonewalling the customer and not adhering to your own defined return policy.
I actually like the product and would have used it, time permitting. Yes, before the masses convey how the time investment in learning to play is so much larger than the cost of the program, I get it. Understood. I am in noway attempting to flim-flam the company and keep the product at a net zero cost. I will gladly return everything provided to me.
It is just unfortunate that the company does not follow up with their now former customers when attempting to correspond to them. A company is only as good as the support system in place for their product. Any acknowledgement at all is better than nothing.
This does not bode well and can only convey how my situation has been handled (or more specifically NOT handled) to other potential customers.
