An amazing piece of work. Instrumentally, musically and then, there are those lyrics, sung by the easy to listen to voice of John Prine. The stories; the slices of life told the way only a lyrical master could. If you love the singer/songwriter genre, if you're a songwriter, poet, lyricist or appreciator of the same, this is an album you must have.
