This is one of the most heartbreaking memoirs I have ever read and I could not put it down and read it in 2 days. In the end, the Crow children persevered and survived a crazy, abusive, manipulative father. I highly recommend this book. The author grabs your attention within the first page and I found myself not wanting the book to end.
