This is the exact same kind of movie I grew up watching; a fun, adrenaline-packed, action ride with an unkillable protagonist saving the world.
I loved those. I love this.
I know that some will call it 'woke', because it has a female lead and talks about actual societal issues plaguing many women (and men) today, but to those I say "I fart in your general direction."
This movie has blood-pumping (and surprisingly realistic) action scenes, heart-wrenching emotional scenes, and a protagonist that you actually feel like rooting for: for what it is (ie a classic, one-man/woman army, action movie), it is perfect.
