I’ve seen a lot of comments from a lot of people that they only watched it because of PBG. But as for me, what really got me into watching it is because of it’s overwhelming positive reviews - so I gave it a shot. The only actor I know that time was Sung Dong Il as he was in LOTBS. I have to watch episode 1 twice (or thrice I think) as it did not really click to me at first. But I endured it and I swear you will never regret watching it. The chemistry of all the characters is very strong and each character surely stands out on their own. I love the bond shared by our five families living in the small alley of Ssangmundong. Every episode is worth the wait. What I love most is how they rely on each other in times of need - to which we can all relate to at some point. It takes you back to the simple times wherein most of us were outside, unlike now where were always on our phones and computers. Then when it ended, I was crying buckets. I was feeling empty and wondering what would happen in the future. I got heavily attached to their story that when it ended, listening to their OST makes me cry. Thumbs up to the creators, writers, crews, and actors for a job well done.
