Ive been watch dragon ball for about 15yrs and I can confidently say this is close to the WORSE db movie ive seen. The story is sub-par & the fight scenes are all over the place, its goes from amazing animation to crude outlines of characters, and the cg is almost as bad as berserk. I watched the eng dub, soo the music was horrid, the voice cast was alright (although personally I dont like the new frieza voice) 4.5/10 But if your in that dbz fanbase that likes anything dbz youll probably watch it anyway.
