I watched this before, and found I had a way better reaction to it the 2nd time around. This film was visually amazing, especially the set design, and I loved how the plot unwound - People, eh?

**DISCLAIMER** I loved this show, and liked how she was “the villainess”, and feel that people are persecuted for rumours made up by others, that are just believed! Just because she is “a way”! Oh, and her office and house were spectacular!

God, I loved this film BitD, but damn they can’t dance!

I love this series, better than any other Star Trek series, the last good one being Voyager. I especially love Season 2 Episode 7, what a mashup!

Robert, the main character’s attitude and actions are not easily understandable and he was annoying, arrogant and easily impressed. Most of the characters are completely unlikeable, I did like Miles, but he was treated atrociously by Robert and then Wallace!

Part way through watching, bells start ringing. **SPOILER!** When he said he wasn’t firing blanks, I said to my husband “Oh, he could have impregnated himself”! Then later on, I paused the film, after we realised who John was, and I said the baby was Jane and was brought back in time! Weird effing movie, but fun! Proper bootstrap, love the song “I was my grandfather”.

What a weird, sweet story (Adam seriously needs a psychiatrist, something happened to him, god knows what? No real backstory)! Although the dialogue is bizarre, and the character reactions are odd, at times (looking at you, episode 2!). This was kinda lovely, especially the end!

I enjoyed the film, I liked the character arcs. Also loved the acting, cinematography, colours and fx. I would say having so much nudity, was for me not that necessary. I do not feel that she was taken advantage of, and that certain characters had their day!

Not sure what to make of this, but this is the second film I have seen with Adam Sandler, and he has huge acting chops! Wow! Don’t like his comedies.

*SPOILER!!*** I think if the premise was about the older people taking younger bodies, I would understand it better, but the fact that white people want to be black??? On which planet is that really a full-on fetish/desire???
