As a collector of horror movies, I’m blown away and taken back! WOW undeniably the best horror film to come out in a very long time! The shock factor is astonishing! Don’t worry about cheap jump scares, real life tragedies hit way harder! The dread and bleakness bleeds thru with every Line, every shot , every frame of When Evil Lurks! This is what the Exorcist claims to be , ( yes I own ) simply put this is Horror on level 10 ! Wow

Simply fantastic. Great western and great horror movie. A much needed change from the same ole -teen-ager over commercialized trash at the theater!!!

Great creeper. Slow burn build up till a killer of a twist. Damn good movie.

Loved it! As a horror movie collector I’m blown away ! Didn’t expect much and yet this movie delivered on so many levels. Great story great acting. Eerie feeling, and the scene at the table is beast. Definitely recommend!!!

Absolutely beautiful !!! This movie envokes DREAD from beginning to end! U need complete surround sound to be enveloped in the Dark world that is created! I sat for 15 minutes after the last credits just in AWE of what I just witnessed! I’m still numb and lost ! Not lost because of the story, it’s written beautifully complete! I collect horror movies of all genres! This will sit at #1 out of over 600 I’ve collected! The path u think is wrong ! From beginning to the last credit u will be FOUND ! This is art and a true poetic masterpiece! Turn the lights off, turn ur phone over and off, turn the surround up and believe !

Amazing,, Slow for all the right reasons! Big money and big name Horror icons should sit down and watch this and remember what horror is and what it’s supposed to leave u feeling like long after the final credits! This movie gets under ur fingernails and leaves traces of evidence that can’t be bleached away! Simply put WOW!!!

A masterpiece, as a horror movie collector , I have enough experience to pass judgement on this work of Art! No doubt the name comes from Wade Baskin, the Author of the “Satinism Dictionary”! Intelligently pulling u in from an artistic perspective even if it is a Satanic background! Hellraiser wished it could of pulled off “ Hell” as horrifyingly perfect as Baskin! There is a deep meaning behind the story being told and u r visually molested as the director feeds on ur every fear of “Hell” , and what it would or could be at is worst! Baskin is my new favorite supplanting “Frontiers” ! This movie is in Turkish and u will need to read the subtext, but I never felt that I missed any visual while reading! Horror is this movie, this movie is HORRIFYING!!! 10-10 EPIC!!!!!
