CTV Question Period is the most biased reporting going. They are in the pocket of the Liberals in Canada and spread the Liberal propaganda proving that they have been bought out. Their reporting of the political scene in the USA is no better. The CTV reporters in Washington already have a bias going into their reports. The bias is the pro-Biden, pro Democrat stance that is simply a regurgitation of the reports they receive from the American media, the MSM.
