I’ve been a fan since the Prequels, in my opinion the first episode was alright. Second episode had better action. The third one was just garbage with scenes that I would not stomach to watch again (and I thought Jabba the hut’s wizz scene from Rotj was the worst). Episode 4 (spoiler) brought back a character that the writers clearly didn’t do their homework- (wiki was rewritten and former dialogue now meaningless) -on as this episode makes it’s characters contradict what was said in previous episodes and other Star Wars movies. Overview summary aside, this show tries to make the Jedi like some “incompetent space cops” rather than what they are suppose to be. I’m still gonna watch later episodes, but only cause I know it can’t get any more worse than 3 and 4. (I hope I’m right on that bet). This is so far easily the most worst Star Wars series. The cheesy dialogue, lack of understanding of the franchise’s lore, basic scenery, plot armour and just shallow cameos. On a positive note, the action keeps me awake. Predictions: Probably it’s gonna lead up to an ending that’s similar to the movie “Us” (horror movie). But looks like I’ll have to wait and see.
