The characters seemed really one-dimensional to me. I love to see black love movies, however this one seemed so superficial. There was barely any conflicts and the couple doesn’t seem to have anything in common. Outside of the sexual part of their relationship, I didn’t see any friendship or much romance. Their “love story” could be told in 20 min. And I also didn’t see much character development between them. Overall, they seemed very static.
