Amazing amazing movie. Had my second guessing and absolutely adored the music. It was scary in the moment without leaving me scared at home in the end. Overall fantastic and i plan to see it again in a few days.

Went with my colleges Film Club, the cinematography and use of light were stunning. The costuming was absolutely amazing, the historical accuracy of the costumes blue my mind. The hair styles were also amazing. The acting is really top notch as well. Some of the scenes while disturbing will not dissuade me from watching again to just admire how amazing this film was. The only true issue I had with the movie was the sound mixing, I had a hard time understanding a number of the actors and there was no inbetween of the movie either being too loud or too quite, I have lost more then 50% of the hearing in one of my ears and I was struggling and found out later that my friend I went with who had perfect hearing also had a very hard time understanding some of the dialogue.

Definitely wasn’t having a good day but watching Elliot Page shove a pie of testicles down a garbage disposal was interesting.

Loved it, definitely went over difficult topics but I admire how it works and how it’s able to talk about the afterlife and what there may or may not be without being scary and still having a way to have humor throughout it.
