Loved it bought it, what more can I say but go ahead and watch it.

Enjoyable, fascinating, fruitful, bold and sophisticated Nolan brings it all backward to a finally that screams tenet. A mind bending must see for the avid film enthusiast. Get yourself a 70” or larger 4K tv you won’t regret it.

Could've been 4 stars but it has some issues. Ultimately the movie has issues with the narrative that don't add up. The basic story line works but important components are missing a few pieces and it really struggles fitting certain scenes and story lines into place. Some of which is predictable but then this is a horror/thriller movie (touch of comedy) so what would you expect? Avoiding spoilers I won't get into details to why I gave it 3 out of 5 stars so you will have to buy a ticket and go see for yourself then come to your own conclusion. For the simple numb minded individual who just wants to be entertained, doesn’t mind occasional moments of awkward acting, and likes to be stuck to the edge of your seat you will probably find it a intense 4 stars.

Brings back the 80’s as I remember with some actionable fun. I’ve read some that stated the 80’s wasn’t anything like this and I’m sorry I would digress coming form a small Midwest town, dirt roads, white folks drowning the far out plains, and farms as far as the eyes could see it was just about perfectly on par for how folks behaved back then. Granted not everyone was foolish idiots but the genuine writing ads an element of reality making this Sundance show more edge of seat entertaining. Both actors James Purefoy and Michael Williams are great and have that blend of friendship we’ve all liked with Gibson and Glover in Lethal Weapon except we get the small town back drop. The narrative is clean and plot flows that’s its enticing to continue watching.

Absolutely Amazing this show takes an incredible amount of intelligence and is mind bending intriguing. Brit marling is genius. The shows writing is tight and on par. Season 2 finale is incredible. It all is well explained and pulling together as each episode moves along. I’d be more than happy to explain to anyone confused here however it may be this is just not for you if you are not grasping its concepts. The shows inter dimensional complexities and emotional challenges are intertwined in a way you can’t miss even a half an episode or you may miss relevant components that prevent you from illustrating what the writers intended. I watched season 1 twice. First time was two years ago and then I watched it again prior to watching season two in a full straight on binge and I couldn’t hardly stop for a bathroom break. The cast is well chosen and the realization that the travelers are engulfed into a much bigger than themselves interstellar spiritual multi dimensionally layered universe that may itself be engrained within the heavens themselves. Where the next 3 seasons take us I can only imagine and I am excited for more genius entertainment.

Mortal Engines was a refreshing escape for me. Unlike Bumblebee where I felt like I was back at a middle school slumber party it veered into the vision of our destructive future and the ancient ways our present culture leaves behind from its self destructive nature. It has some of those similarities we commonly see in Hollywood themes yet is unique enough to entertain and keep someone like me from falling asleep. That by itself gets 3.5 out of 5. A great big screen film.
