Your comments about Elton John cancelling his concert..... an inner ear infection can cause EXTREME vertigo and nausea. You do not know his actual diagnosis so stop making off the cuff comments about how you managed to do a show when you were ill. Would you want him to try and go on and fall off the stage or vomit in front of his audience?? Know your facts before you comment. As a nurse it irritates me when people assume they know all there is to know about a diagnosis. It may not n\be as simple as it sounds
