Two words - slightly disappointing. See don't get me wrong here, I love MARVEL particularly MCU. I have watched all MCU movies (some were great, others just good but for me none was a waste of time {except incredible hulk} ). Now this movie is great in it's own aspect given it's end of 11 years of MCU and it is definitely worth watching. OK i will skip about the good parts of the film because almost everyone sounds the same and rather tell you why i am slightly disappointing. First of all the last thing i ever wanted was this to be a time travel movie. This is not how you service your loyal fans. The whole movie tried to undo things. The stakes never felt real. Imagine if every dead franchise from the past introduces the ability to time travel and undo the events that lead to the death of the franchise, Would you enjoy it?? NO right?? That is what is the problem with this movie, It is hard to digest. NO wait I have a better idea, why don’t the avengers go to 2008 and stop the abduction of Tony stark so that he couldn’t create his iron suit and boom there goes your MCU?? ridiculous right?? I know. This movie neither appeared as a revenge tale (would you call it a revenge, if you could go back in time and correct mistakes?? silly right??) neither a heist movie (as proclaimed by the director duo). The way i wanted this movie to unfold was everything to take place in the current timeline, The OG Thanos to give a fight of a lifetime (bringing death to OG avengers) and not some other Thanos coming from another timeline (just for the sake of a missing climax). I would rate it 7/10 (just for CGI, nostalgic moments and emotional deaths). These 3 things are the only reason that warrants a rewatchability for this movie. For me INFINITY WAR was way realistic and a better digestible movie.
