DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. This company doesn't respect you or your time. There are plenty of options on the market. Spend your time, money, and energy else where. These games are built on a predatory cash grab gambling loot box system that will have you rolling the dice and burning dollars at every turn for the most basic of progress. The games are riddled with bugs and errors- none of which the company will correct or be held accountable for. These are standing unresolved game breaking issues that are years old. You will encounter them regularly- it will diminish your progress, support will do nothing. Good luck. It's not the GM's fault- but they'll dismiss your issue at every turn. Their goal is to deflect and keep you playing under the illusion of attention. It's a "bug" the common canned copy-paste answer is. Report it to the bug team- where it will be forever ignored without a reply. Thanks for playing. The games themselves are uninspired carbon copy MMOs of outdated graphics, tired repetitive game play, and broken out of balance core mechanics, The rest of industry grew beyond this- Perfect World didn't. Nothing new here. Stolen ideas. Rinse repeat. Same thing. Boring. There is no support for their products. You're on your own. An endless labyrinth of identical contextual menus, hidden options, un-intuitive UIs, choices that defy convention-- nothing makes sense. There are no warnings before making critical mistakes with severe consequences. Don't expect help from GM to resolve these pit falls. It's not worth it.
