I absolutely LOVED this series! Freddy Highmore plays a perfect young Norman Bates, and Vera Farmiga plays a beautiful, yet completely psychotic Norma Bates. Obviously we have nothing to compare her to, seeing as Norma was already passed on in the original movie, but if I imagine what she would be like, Vera hits the nail on the head.
