Weathering with you is the first Shinkai movie to be released in India and it is only the second anime movie( If I am not wrong) to be released in India. I am an anime fan and I have also liked Shinkai's previous movie Your Name. So I was very eager and excited to watch the movie and if I am being honest, this movie didn't let me down. 🌟 I liked the story about the boy who runs away from his home to Tokyo and the girl who can manipulate the weather. How they work hard together to survive in this world with each others support. 🌟 The animation is great, as expected from a Shinkai's movie. The hard work put in making the animation is very much noticeable. 🌟 Also, the music and songs were ecstatic and uplifting. Just like Your name the Japanese band RADWIMPS has given music to this movie. 🌟 The supernatural factor was really interesting, about the lead girl who is a weather maiden and has the power to clear the weather. This movie tells us about how the weather have an impact on our lives and that it is unprecedented. 🚫SPOILER AHEAD🚫 • • • • The best and the most memorable moment of the film for me was the cross over of Your Name's lead characters. When Taki and Mitsuha make a special appearance in the movie. IT REALLY BLEW MY MIND!! Overall the movie is a must watch. It is very funny, emotional, uplifting, thought provoking and romantic movie. 🐺
