I will admit. It was the last day I was able to watch it on Tubi, and I was like; yyeeaahhh, Nah. But I saw a few really good reviews and thought, okay why not. I Howled. Between Robert De Niro’s sardonicism, and William Shatner‘s absolute ridiculousness of who he is; with of course much love to Eddie Murphy ( let us not forget the references to Serpico); this whole movie kicked my ass over the road. Rene Russo should have been given more because she’s so incredibly good, but I had fun. Across the board. This wasn’t a good movie, but it was a really happy one that was very deserving of a big bowl of popcorn. And some chocolate.❤️ I will say one thing though. ReRun has Serious grounds for appeal. SMH.

I just finished the pilot and I am officially hooked. You always know when you’re gonna binge the entire series.

I don’t understand all the bad feedback. I loved it and I agree with one critic who said that this will definitely have a cult following at some point. Second time watching it and I’m enjoying it just as much. In fact more, because I get the subtleties.

One I will always return to no matter where it plays. One of the best Science Fiction movies I’ve ever watched.

Yep. Every single white person, irrespective of how they feel, should watch this movie. Especially now in 2025. I completely agree with the general consensus that the vast majority of critics that don’t like it are white. Having the opportunity to read a lot of the opinions before I watched the movie made it important for me to do so. I cannot say I enjoyed it, but it made me cry.

Excellent portrayal of the dynamic between an alcoholic and the people who love her.

So in love. Never thought, but there it is. So much in my world. I would absolutely watch this movie again. Lotta personal reasons. Love it. Just love it. Resonates on too many levels.

1:19:53 Pierce Brosnan takes off his glasses, pinches his nose, and puts them back on. Probably the absolute best moment I have seen him do. The entirety of the rest of the film is wonderful and brilliant, and anyone who thinks otherwise is not watching the same movie. Jackie Chan of course is wonderful; Expect him to be anything but his own age and you’re an idiot. Irrespective of the itty-bitty things, the story was tight, the acting was fantastic; And I paused it a few times to make sure I did not miss a thing. Would 100% watch it again. In a few years, of course. However, vilifying his wife for sleeping around when he, A: Allowed her brother to die, and B: Slept with an incel in her own right; Yeah, No.

Probably the best role Jennifer Lawrence decided to take upon herself. Absolutely brilliant. It’s important to learn the backstory. Thank you Pluto, for making this available to me.
