Bluey is a great and fun show that my kids and I love. It's a wonderfully thought through series that teaches fun games, concepts, and lessons. My stay-at-home schedule is molded around Bluey airings on Disney Jr. My toddler can hear the theme from across the house and comes flying yelling, "Booey's on! Booey's on!" Bluey and Bingo have loads of fun thinking up fun games to play with their parents and friends. My oldest loves to copy the games to play at home. He even quotes the show throughout the day. If the doorbell rings, he yells, "They're here!" like Bluey in Sleepover.
And the person in these reviews complaining about the episode Copycat where the bird (Budgey) dies, doesn't seem to have been paying attention during the show. She makes it seem like it was pointless violence. 1) It wasn't Bluey's pet, it was a wild bird that Bluey and her father found injured while on a walk. This was a major plot point in the episode. 2) This episode teaches children a lesson that they can't always get it their way (Bluey stated that she wanted the Budgey not to have died). She then goes through playing pretend of the situation, experiences twice more that she can't always have it her way, and figures that out.
^ That paragraph wasn't just to go after someone else leaving a review. It also demonstrates the layout Bluey episodes have including a lesson learned and imaginary play. It's a wonderfully structured and educational show.
