Having started the game on veteran I feel that the challenge makes this game fun, I feel if you fly through this type of game on recruit you've condemned yourself to a short and easy game which if you love left 4 dead like me thats fine because I will replay over and over again, but for someone that won't replay the game I recommend playing veteran or nightmare for the challenge.
