I read it back in 2002 and starting buying real estate. I had 10 rental properties by 2007 with right at a million dollars worth. The only thing that Robert didn't mention was divorces. I definitely should have read about that...
Besides that. I loved the book!

A little slow to start but it builds up. I liked it but i had no idea what to expect. It did not seem too much like a B movie (like some of these no name sci-fi movies do), the main character was a good actor and I liked how the alien copied his survival methods.
