This album is genius. A pure epitome of soul and art. Solange's voice mingles with your spirit and when you think it can't possibly get better...it just does. Simplicity and complexity all in one. I am simply stunned and beyond thankful for the frequencies of her voice. Her vibrations allow you to breathe. To realize who you are again. To realize the truth of your existence and worth (especially as a black person). The tempo in each song brings a vibe. A soulful one. Soul. That's it. The interludes brought about impressionistic movement, in that it's everyday moments, everyday thoughts and everyday words expressed by the rawness of blackness. Do we realize how significant we are?
