Just finished watching this show. While watching this, I was extremely frustrated with the pace of the storyline and how many loose ends there were. However, I still decided to power through hoping it would get better in the next episode. Turns out I really did waste my time on this garbage. I couldn't help but wonder why in the world this show is so atrocious compared to the previous one. I found out that they produced the haunting of hill house based on a horror novel that won many awards in the 1900s. Meanwhile, they had 3 writers (Mike Flanagan, Greg Sestero and Henry Thomas) come up with a script for this show and I am utterly disappointed. It took 3 minds to come up with this plot. The casting and production were flawless but doesn't matter. After all a good series needs a good script.
