I am not a nurse but my mother was for 30+ years. I know enough about the profession to know that an MD wouldn't have a day 1 nurse talk to a patients family about organ donation. They wouldn't have a nurse doing an ultrasound and you especially wouldn't have a nurse suggesting that another nurse kill a patient because he is a criminal. And the whole carrying amputated fingers is just ridiculous!

I love the show but I think it's awful when one person decides to tear up the contract and the wall has taken all of their money. They should get half the guarrenteed money when that happens.
