I have forgotten how many times I have watched the Mask of Zorro. It is the best example of good against evil.

I am in the 8th decades of my life having experienced two diametrically dictatorships in my native Iran: the Shah prior to the 1979 Revolution that I joined believing we were going to have democracy but ended up with a theocracy far worse that the Shah's with the Supreme Leader that considers himself God Almighty's representative with absolute power. Ironically, the past decade since I came to Hawaii, the Big Island, County of Hawaii from the mainland, as an individual I have experienced the worst dictatorship imaginable as I have been incessantly profiled and persecuted by the County Police Department. The reason is the Faith I founded under the name the Universal Realm of the Lord Almighty after the rude awakening that the Shiite Sect of Islam I was born into is a cult of Personalities. The Universal Realm of the Lord Almighty is based on the principles that Believing in God is optional; Believing in humanity is not. In addition each one of us across the globe should Be the Savior by: Fighting injustice; helping oneself and others, and doing no harm. The Police Department also upholds the County's oligarchy system of government with the top 1% acting as if the own the Island. Without malice, I have characterized the Police Department in the following paragraph: Lying, sadistic, oppressive, physically and psychologically torturing, fear mongering, provoking, framing, manipulating, conspiratorial, and deliberately misleading individuals and institutions in both the public and private sectors and at every level of the County. The Police Department say and does whatever is necessary in order to achieve its self-serving objectives without implicating itself as in a Mafia organization using the most vulnerable members of the community: the homeless, the physically and mentally handicapped, the criminals, those using County service, etc. to do its dirty work. In the light of my personal firsthand experiences, I enjoyed V for Vendetta and have seen it several times and will see it again. By the way, stated Core Values of the Police Department are Integrity, Professionalism and Compassion!

Too many war scenes. Sublime love story. And most importantly, the unity of two of the Abrahamic Faiths: Christianity and Islam. Islam is indeed a vital bridge between Judaism and Christianity. Closer to Judaism than Christianity because of the Oneness of God Almighty and Closer to Christianity than Judaism because according to the Quran itself Jesus son of Mary is the highest manifestation of God and the only Jew that initiated the dawn of light upon the whole of humanity.

I saw my first movie as a child in Tehran, Persia in 1940's. Today is July 03, 2019 and I would not have spent the time to see this movie for anything else. In every field of positive human endeavor, the British Empire has given humanity a great deal to be proud of; The other side of the coin unfortunately was the British Colonialism that caused most of the humanity suffering. I will see "The Professor and the Madman" again in case I might have missed something. By the way casting Jean Pen and Mel Gibson was perfect.
