this book is Literary poison abroad and for the Baltimorian, I've lived in Baltimore my whole entire life and I find this book Offensive. I would not even give this book one star. you can see how much of the Crime Television that is filmed in Baltimore recently takes its inspiration from this book. This book will make the average Baltimorian feel inferior to the rest of the world, because it adds to the artificial and antiquated idea that they are surrounded by crime, poverty and death in their films, television and Literature. Instead I would suggest for Baltimore that you read about someone like Robert Condit, a German immigrant who came to Baltimore and had a wild and fantastic idea to build a rocket ship that take him to the planet Venus, the experiment failed, but It served as an inspiration for many of the rockets that would lead to the Apollo 11 moon landing. I myself read about this in the Washington and of course found it fascinating, ten times more fascinating than Bodymore Murderland.
