Some great ideas but surprised by some decisions. Cabinets are smashed rather than taken to Habitat for Humanity ReStore or sold advocating good stewardship of resources. Support the community while making your bucks. Duke has great style but a big ego. Hope it doesn’t get him pushed out of the group. I like when he explains design details. He is correct it is small unique details that sell but can he find budget friendly ideas too? The mid century modern home with court yard had a great bar and fire feature but should have kept brick wall. Though the color of the wood was nice it didn’t add more than it took away.

Well acted. Left too many questions unanswered. I would rather they completed the story in one strong movie than to stretch it out into what seems to be a 2 parter.

I like that this couple repurpose materials in a creative way. I hate to watch designers thoughtlessly rip everything out and toss in a dumpster.
