It's a good movie with a strong message for the society. Deepika as usual performs extraordinary. She takes on the character as if you are actually watching an acid attack survivor. The film unfolds some of the struggle, injustice and bitter truth and the judgemental society towards the victim. Apart from Deepika, many actors have done an excellent job. Vikrant plays a serious NGO activist and at the same time his growing affection towards Malti keeps us engaged in the film. Also the people who have played the Aunty, lawyer and Maltis parents role have done an amazing job. You can really feel the pain and joy in their eyes when the verdicts are announced. Even some of the real acid attack survivors have played in the movie and have done a great job. The songs of the movie are just outstanding. Every song has a meaning and is connected with the scenes. Overall it's a great film with a strong social message.
