Oh geez, if you're in the ages between 10-12 and genuinely liked the Netflix original movie "We Can Be Heroes" go off sis because this is your show. Now for the rest of the population that wants to watch a simple Disney Channel Original series for your "mid 2010's comedy kick" like I, avoid this at all costs. This show is based on a book that has a decent concept, it's an escape for preteens, that makes sense right? Well it does not translate well on to other medias. I was expecting a funny sci-fi, all I got was an odd sci-fi with pre-teens. The writing is very cringey and not even funny, I think this is the only show I want a laugh track to be included because I don't know where the jokes are. I honestly do feel bad for the actresses and actors, they probably have so much talent but it's the directors fault that there's bad acting. I'm going to be real honest I would love to punch Gabby in the face, the character is a very annoying little brat. Whoever is in charge of set design and costume design you did great, it's very modern and not tacky. I did only watch the pilot episode but the pilot is always supposed to be the best episode besides the season finale. This should have stayed a book series and not become a polished trash can of a show.
