Every story written about the degradation of slavery is not necessarily something to be considered classic. Although I am not a professional critic I find this miniseries interesting however it is difficult to hear the actors, sometimes hard to know what they are saying and the music and special effects, in contrast, was very loud which takes away from its appeal. The darkness of many scenes was annoying as well. Overall it leaves much to be desired .
