My boys (7 & 9) and I are huge fans of the Toy Story movies. We couldn’t wait to see Toy Story 4. We enjoyed the movie right up until the ending. But We could NOT BELIEVE how it ended. Never have I ever been so disappointed. My little boy cried. And they were both completely devastated. And mad. They’re still talking about it. Woody spent all four movies being loyal to Andy/Bonnie and making sure everyone sticks together. Then he just leaves Bonnie at the end to go be a lost toy at the carnival with Bo Peep? And not one toy suggests Bo and her sheep just coming home with Bonnie so everyone can be together? Bonnie would have loved Bo. Woody would have never made such a decision. It was just out of character for him. Also was super disappointed that creepy Gabby Gabby got Woody’s voice box in the end. And exactly what she always wanted- a kid to love her. She was rewarded for her bad behavior. So sad, so disappointed, so angry at Pixar for choosing this dark ending and literally crushing my little boys. Horrible.
