I really enjoyed this series! The lead, Michelle Keegan is AMAZING! I love her attitude, her sass, her badassery! Even when she was doing bad stuff, I was like, "Yes, you go girl!" She had me invested every time she was on the screen. I especially loved the scenes with Maya and Shane as well as Maya and Judith :) Each episode had great cliffhangers and I love how when you got the answers to one question, it led to twenty more questions. Given the ending, I would assume there's no season 2 - which is a shame as I thoroughly enjoyed this series :)

Loved S2, it was way better than S1! I've been shipping Pietro and Isa since season one day one and judging from the scenes so far, it looks like my ship's gonna sail (it better by the end of part 2 - here's hoping anyways). It'd suck to wait until 2024, having watched Pietro and Isa flirt, ride a tandem bike (the CUTEST scene ever btw) and do the slow burn dance the entire season, only for him to end up with Livia (again). Pietro and Livia got their ending in S1, let that be the end of it! Besides, Livia is going through her own character evolution. She iced Pietro out all season long only to want him back after he did ONE nice thing (the Christmas party). Isa brings out the best in Pietro, he's a different person with her (sensitive and thoughtful - you see him really trying to be better), while Pietro gives Isa words of encouragement when she has self-doubts. They're perfect for each other! I know I might be in the minority (and I'm okay with that) but I sincerely hope that (based on that teaser with Pietro and Isa crying and hugging each other) this means they're end game, the OTP pairing that will end the season and the series. If not, I'll always have S2, EP3 and EP7 :-) 2024 UPDATE: Well, just watched the rest of S2 and they did exactly as I hoped they wouldn't; hurting my Isa and having her bow out gracefully so Pietro and Livia can have their happy ending AGAIN! What was the point of having Pietro with Isa in S2 then? Just leave him single until he figures out his feelings, why drag Isa in all that and break her heart? So, once again, the BEST character in the series - who only wants love and always has the best intentions - is single! Just for that, I'm taking two stars OFF from my original rating. #isadeservedbetter

I LOVED this movie so much! First off, love Rachael Leigh Cook so I'll watch anything with her in it. She looks practically the same as she did in "She's All That", what the heck! Second, loved seeing a film primarily set in Vietnam - I haven't seen many films set there - and I liked that Saigon Silver Star visited off-the-beaten-path places. Third, the male lead, Scott Ly is GORGEOUS! That beach scene where he emerges from the water will live rent-free in my mind forever :-) Everything was so heartwarming from the cousin Anh, to the tourist group, to Grandma / Ba Noi. 10/10 recommend.

Came for Khanyi. Stayed for Zari. She is indeed a BOSS LADY. Classy, confident and the woman can dress :-) She was serving look after look with every event. Can't wait for season 2.

Watched season 1 last year and just finished season 2 a few hours ago! Wow, this show really knows how to leave you on a cliffhanger (but in a good way). Hopefully season 3 isn't too far into the future as I can hardly wait to see what will happen next! What I love about this series, apart from the close-knit small town with its charming exterior and gossipy interior, are the parallel storylines that converge at times, involve multiple character pairings that you don't expect but are a delight; teens and adults are facing critical decisions in their lives that feel real and relatable. I love how interconnected all of the characters are. Nothing ever feels contrived or melodramatic. I'm such a fan! Ahh, can't wait for season 3 :-)

One of the best Kdrama series I've ever watched! Loved the slow burn romance, the mystery element and the flashbacks/flashforwards! Definite re-watch for Dongbaekshi :-)

It was so great! Loved it! Binged-watch this in a week and was thrilled to find out a second season was greenlit! I laughed, I cried, I was horrified... More stories need to be set in dystopian Tokyo :-)

One of the best Kdramas I've watched in a while. I loved the camera style; I felt like I was watching a documentary of a real-life couple with struggles that didn't feel contrived or melodramatic. Awesome chemistry with not just the main two leads but the ensemble cast. I LOVED that they didn't just focus on the couple but demonstrated love between lovers, love between family members and love between friends.

One of the best Kdramas I've ever seen. I've already watched it TWICE and am planning a third viewing soon. The character, the soundtrack, the fashion, the dialogue, I could go on and on. What I loved the most was the fact that every single character (even the secondary and tertiary ones) had growth; not just the three main characters. I also loved the fairytale references! I decided to watch when I read the logline and it said children's writer. So glad I invested in this :-)
