Itโs such a disappointment. An amazing book has been ruined. I was hoping that my little boy would be inspired to read the book after watching this adaptation. Tomorrow weโll listen to the cd version and then in a couple of weeks Iโll read him the book. I canโt imagine what the makers of this were thinking. It doesnโt need a dodgy love story. Itโs about aliens, survival and our fragility.
