I love Judge Marilyn Millian and feel she is the most fair judge on TV. However, I disagree with what she said today. She said that the police would have written an accident report unless the parties agreed not to. Someone rear-ended me recently and the police officer told us to just exchange information. Fortunately, I was compensated.
